Do you prefer sweet waffles or salty ones? At Qubus Hotel you can prepare delicious waffles yourself during breakfast! Their preparation is fabulously simple. Thanks to a special waffle iron, delicious crispy waffles are ready in 3 minutes. The only thing left is the selection of additives. Depending on your preferences, there are: fudge, fruit, whipped cream, jam, Nutella, as well as a wide range of vegetables, cold meats and cheese.
During breakfast, hot dishes are served, which the breakfast cook prepares from start to finish, such as butter-eggs, ratatouilles and sausages in various ways. Guests can also place a special order with the so-called breakfast card. It includes proposals such as: 3-flavor omelets, eggs with additives or planted eggs.
We pay special attention to regional products and dishes that improve the quality of our breakfasts. Thanks to many years of experience on local markets, we use products of trusted producers and regional farms. We respect and propagate Polish culinary culture and native agriculture. In the buffet we propose honey from Polish apiaries, highland sheep’s cheese, Koryciński cheese or juices pressed from apples.
Superfoods are products with very high nutritional value. Rich in vitamins, antioxidants, proteins, as well as minerals and many other valuable nutrients. Thanks to the breakfast at Qubus Hotel, you can easily incorporate it into your diet. At the breakfast buffet, for example, we recommend oatmeal, dried cranberries, pumpkin seed or our home made granola. A wide range of muesli and dried fruit and nuts will be a great match with your breakfast.
These are exceptional dishes from our chefs. What distinguishes them is that they are made on the spot in a hotel. Among the home-made products offer, we find something different in every hotel. So Guests can try pickles and original preserves, as well as sweet, homemade cakes. In 5 hotels, thanks to the grill maschine, chefs encourage to try their own smoked roast beef or fish. We also make pates ourselves, roast loin, or prepare mixes of cottage cheese with vegetables and herbs.
During breakfast at Qubus Hotel, guests can choose from a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables. In order to meet the expectations of our Guests we file some of them. Depending on the season, the fruit buffet is changing. Therefore, in the warm summer you can find on the buffet strawberries, raspberries or blueberries and in the autumn plums, apples and pears. There are also citrus fruits in the form of grapefruits or oranges, and delicious mandarins during the Christmas. Among the fruits are also melons, grapes and bananas.
We diversified our buffet with wide range of breads. You can find freshly baked rolls or breads from local bakeries on our buffet.
